A former Fortune Global 50 executive, Amii is a C-Suite coach who specializes in accelerating the success of executives and their teams. Her clients include Gap, Adobe, Chegg, Boehringer Ingelheim, Lyft, and Bank of the West.

A contributor to Harvard Business Review and Fast Company, Amii previously shaped company culture and strategic initiatives for over 20 years at companies such as McKesson and Allianz. She advises leaders and organizations on how to create exceptional workplaces that out-behave and outperform the competition. Forbes has recognized her as “one of the top coaches for legal and compliance executives.”

Amii earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and BA from Tufts. A guest lecturer at UC Berkeley and Stanford, Amii presents frequently to companies and major industry associations such as The California Chamber of Commerce, The Conference Board, Association of Corporate Counsel, and SHRM affiliates.

Amii is also an advocate. From the beginning of her career, Amii recognized the importance of giving voice to underrepresented groups. One of her first roles was lobbying in support of the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act. More recently, working to ensure that women have a platform for their unique challenges and perspectives, Amii testified in multiple legislative committees on the successful passage of California and Washington state’s first laws in the U.S. requiring corporate boards to include women.

Outside of her business, Amii has founded and supports nonprofit arts organizations as a way to bring people together and bridge differences to cultivate deeper understanding. She loves travel, experiencing all the arts, and creating special moments that bring people together. She is based in Sacramento with her husband and two teenage daughters.
