Bridgepoint uses a unique approach bridging an organization's strategy to execution through engagement from the senior team to the front-line. The process is all about people, and most definitely about results.

In 1993 Dean received training on critical thinking, problem solving and decision making from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). Dean was first an undercover agent then promoted to management for a specialized firm called ASET Corp.

In 1996 Dean started a successful career in pharmaceuticals with Pfizer and Merck. His path accelerated quickly from sales, to training, to senior executive. Dean received numerous awards for outstanding performance and leadership.

In 2007 Dean founded Bridgepoint Coaching & Strategy Group. He has partnered with CEOs, executives, managers and front-line supervisors. Dean’s experience in the fields of manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, health care, oil and gas, and non-profits demonstrate his ability to quickly adapt to the unique needs of each industry. He has coached individuals in Asia, South Africa, Egypt, Uganda, Latin America, New Zealand, India, Congo, Australia, Germany, Europe, and North America.

Dean is one of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches, a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a member of The Center for Creative Leadership, a top ranked, global provider of executive education, a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching (McLean/Harvard Medical School) and a member of Forbes Coaches Council.

Dean is a frequent contributing author for Forbes, Fast Company and Inc., and has been an expert guest on Effective Leadership Strategies radio program which is broadcasted in 50 states and 113 countries.

Dean has been on several non-profit boards including Africa Renewal, whose mission is to enhance the holistic development of the child and community through support systems that ensure next generation leaders.

He and his wife, Melanie, have four children and currently reside in Punta del Burro, Mexico.
