As an experienced HR Director, Claire has vast experience in employee engagement and conducts comprehensive HR function reviews. She is also an independent board review specialist and a senior team coaching expert. Claire holds a degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Applied and Organisational Psychology, and a Master's degree in Industrial Relations. She has served on the Nottingham Business School Advisory Board and was a member of the Ethics Committee of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
With over 30 years of experience, Claire has also been a member of English Employment Tribunals and First-tier Tax Tribunals, having been nominated by the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and appointed by the government.
