A seasoned executive with a PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, she is co-founder of Accountability Inc., where she helps leaders and organizations unlock accountability, navigate change, and achieve breakthrough performance.

Suzy spent 16 years as an executive at a Fortune 20 technology giant, where she delivered double-digit revenue and profit growth, and went on to found four companies of her own.
