Her career spans four chapters: Operator, PE Operating Partner, 5× Board Director, and Global Strategist — with marquee brands including Kodak, adidas, PepsiCo, Foot Locker, Chick-fil-A, Kearney, Bain, Partners Group, and Mubadala ($450B AUM). She reached Corporate Officer by 39, then challenged herself to get more proximate to what drives four-wall businesses — from the boardroom to the break room and back again. She coaches what she has lived.

She earned an MBA in Finance from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris), completed in French. She holds an Executive Leadership Coaching credential from Georgetown University’s ICF-accredited program, Entrepreneur Advisor at MIT, a Henry Crown Fellowship at the Aspen Institute, and is a Presidential Leadership Scholar. She splits her time between the Hudson Valley, NY and Roatán, Honduras.
